Frozen Beef Tongue
Beef tongue has a delicate, very specific taste and smell. Tongues are usually grey. They have a sizable hypertrophy of fatty tissue. Tongue meat is slightly hard, firm, and covered with numerous warts. They are used to prepare some stews and jellies.
Often tongues are served fried or stewed with appropriate sauce. Beef tongues can be also marinated or smoked. In addition, they are used for making offal cold meats, such as guts, brawns, roulades. They are also a good source of vitamin B12 and high-value proteins.
The meat comes from the biggest and best equipped slaughterhouses in Poland that raise cattle themselves or source beef only from trusted farmers.

Q0 Is it possible to visit your company before placing an order?
A: Of course, please feel more than welcome to visit us. We will issue a business invitation to make visa application process easier.
Q1. Is you company certified?
A: Yes, we have passed HACCP Food Safety Management System.
Q2. What about the lead time?
A: It normally takes 3 days after for all EU countries. Transportation to countries such as Hong Kong or Vietnam takes about 45 days.
Q3. Do you have any MOQ ?
A: Our minimum order quantity is one full container load.
Q4. Who are your main clients?
We welcome clients from all over the world. At this stage, we mainly export to Europe, South-East Asia (Hong Kong and Vietnam, China) and Africa.
Q5. What are your payment terms?
A: With our long term partners we usually work on 30% telegraphic transfer deposit 70% against Bill of Lading. First 3 transactions has to be made by 100% prepayment. Quality inspection in person is avised.
