Omasum is a part of the cow stomach (rumen, reticulum, omasum) Fresh omasum of the highest quality is bright or dark grey and has a slight hypertrophy of fatty tissue. The tissue is elastic and cohesive. On the walls there are characteristic and typical tabs. Omasum is a rich source of collagen, vitamin B2, calcium and iron. Use – dense and spicy soups.
The meat comes from the biggest and best equipped slaughterhouses in Poland that raise cattle themselves or source beef only from trusted farmers.

A: Of course, please feel more than welcome to visit us. We will issue a business invitation to make visa application process easier.

A: Yes, we have passed HACCP Food Safety Management System.
Q2. What about the lead time?
A: It normally takes 3 days after for all EU countries. Transportation to countries such as Hong Kong or Vietnam takes about 35-40 days.
Q3. Do you have any MOQ ?
A: Our minimum order quantity is one full container load.
Q4. Who are your main clients?
We welcome clients from all over the world. At this stage, we mainly export to Europe, South-East Asia (Hong Kong and Vietnam, China) and Africa.
Q5. What are your payment terms?
A: With our long term partners we usually work on on 30% telegraphic transfer deposit and 70% against Bill of Lading. During first transactions we usually require 100% prepayment (usually after quality inspection in person, which is advised).
